Hi, We are still in the tranquil surroundings of Mongolia. We just got back to the capital after a little over a month in the north at the Khofsgul lake area. We had some great time horse back riding to meet the raindeer people. The scenery was wonderful though wet and we even manage to hitch hike a chopper ride back to UB (the capital). The views from it were great and it was also the only way to get out from a small village we were at which was cut off by the rain (bridge was drifted away).

it is lovly place not the great scenary we saw but the feeling of
freedom and the time distortion from the long days.
there is light from 0400-23:30.
we left khatgal and on the way to tsagaannuur and will be
far from any communication again
